After it was established in (1963 years) December, the 38th year of Showa, our Nomura Securities labor union was consistently active because of the democratization of the securities world and the working conditions improvement, and came.

We have pursued a company in search of the study of the truth against the disgraceful affair of the various financial circles which became clear after the bubble collapse

At present, our association is continuing the activities which realize employee's various requirements in the base of the slogan which it means y the "Nomura Securities which takes care of an investor and an employee and which is useful for the people economy" z.

Nomura Securities company which society is being asked for is not the enterprise which of course repeats a disgraceful affair like the present.

An association did a search for the disgraceful affair toward the company.Moreover, an association states an opinion even if it faces the second disgraceful affair which continued and which appeared.

As for the discriminatory correction judgment toward the woman's treatment, an action is brought in Tokyo district court in December, 1991, and plaintiff's, company's both witness questioning is finished at November, 1999, and a final grade has been coming.
